All in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase of when we process your order. 

Out of stock and pre-order items will ship within 48 hours of arriving at LNFG. Please check our website as release dates are stated under each pre-order item.

We use Royal Mail for all of our orders.

International

International customers should be aware that tariffs and fees are affecting a great many deliveries. Thus combining shipment of multiple items will generate savings.

For example a flat €3 fee will apply to all items entering the EU up to the value of €150.

EU - Right of withdrawal: a 14-day cooling-off period

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, if you buy a product or service online or by phone (in legal terms a “distance contract” or “off-premises contract”) you have the right to withdraw. This means you can cancel the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any justification (the "cooling-off period"). If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.

• You must submit an EU Right of Withdrawl Request Form (located at the bottom left of our website). In order for this request to be approved goods must be in pristine, sellable condition.
• If the request is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods (both postage and packaging) within the cooling-off period.
• Online digital content, such as a song or album, that you started downloading or streaming after you expressly agreed to lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance.
