We are a small independent record label with an online store, so your support truly means a lot to us.
As a small team handling all aspects of the label, our response times may occasionally be a little slower than larger companies. We kindly ask for your patience while we get back to you.
In the meantime, please take a look at the FAQs below as they will probably answer your query. If your question is covered there, you will not receive a separate reply from us.
We also appreciate your courtesy toward our staff as they’re working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible.

Where are my items?
Items will only be shipped when they are released or available to us. If you have ordered multiple items, they will be fulfilled when all items are available (as you’ve only paid for 1 lot of postage).
When is my item available to ship?
All release dates can be found on each product description on our website. Please refer to our website to check the release date.
We aim to ship all pre-orders in advance of the release date and these will not all be sent out on the same day.
What days to you ship on?
Wednesdays and Fridays are the days that we ship all complete orders. Orders placed at the start of the week will be sent out on Wednesdays and mid-week orders will be shipped on Friday.
I had an email to say my order was posted, but it still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Royal Mail aim to deliver UK parcels within 1-2 working days (Royal Mail 24) and 2-3 working days (Royal Mail 48). However, they don’t consider a parcel 'lost' until 10 working days after the due date for UK addresses, 20 working days for EU deliveries and 30 working days for Rest Of World. Unfortunately, we can’t chase an order up before this point. Although there are occasionally delays, it is rare that parcels go missing completely, so please be patient. It is worth checking with your neighbours or with your local sorting office, even if you haven’t had a card put through the door. If your order was shipped via Parcelforce and the tracking is inconclusive, please drop us an email. Please be aware that unless you have chosen a tracked service, we are not liable for parcels that go missing.
I bought a record from you, but it doesn’t have any shrink wrap on it. Has it been played?
No. Although most records come shrink wrapped, not all do. Releases from some smaller labels like us often don’t (to help reduce our plastic footprint). If something isn’t shrink wrapped it is most likely that it arrived from the distributor like that.
