Before contacting us please note that we are a small team of incredibly busy individuals, we have processes to manage most elements of our day to day work.

Every release date on our website will be up to date, we issue newsletters confirming changes and providing shipping plans, and we issue shipping confirmations each time a package leaves.

If you write asing for shipping updates and the answer can be found on our website or within our newsletters we will not reply, we simply do not have the time.

In answer to other standard questions :

Our shipping dates are Wednesday and Friday, we use standard tracked 48 hour Royal Mail.

We do not shrink wrap all of our releases as to do so would be environmentally unsound

Annual memberships include 3 UK deliveries per annum, 2 European and 1 ROW (we can add more if requested)

This will mean, in essence, that a UK member will receive a parcel in April, August, November whereas a European member in June & November (give or take a few weeks)
