Non-EU Customers:

Orders for our own manufactured products can be cancelled and a refund (less restocking fee) will be offered up to 14 days after the order is placed.

Store Credit will be offered for any cancellations after this period.

Orders for Music From Big Blue (items not manufactured by ourselves) are final and cannot be refunded although discretionary store credit may be offered.

EU Customers:  Right of Withdrawal - a 14-day cooling-off period  2011/83/EU

• You must submit a Withdrawal Request Form within 14 days of receipt. In order for this request to be approved goods must be in pristine, sellable condition.
• If the request is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods (both postage and packaging) within the cooling-off period.
• online digital content, such as a song or movie, that you started downloading or streaming after you expressly agreed to lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance.
