Slime City are a band from Glasgow who play self-described “noisy existentialist nerd rock”. Slime City is made up of the three Michaels of We Are The Physics - the post punk new wave band that reached worldwide success before disbanding in 2013. Last Night From Glasgow reissued their debut We Are The Physics Are Okay At Music in 2021 and have released frontman Michael M’s solo albums Now That's What I Call Disappointment and Glasgow Moths.
After swearing to never release a full length album Slime City released their long awaited debut album Death Club in May 2023. Released on splatter vinyl, Death Club features fan favourites Dial Up Internet, Glasgow Is A Shitehole and Great British Skeleton.
